There are various State and Federal Programs available to landowners through USDA-NRCS and Henry County Soil & Water Conservation District. 

Some examples of the practices available through these programs are water and sediment control basins, cross fencing, field borders, rotational grazing, cropland conversions, conservation crop rotation, cover crop, livestock pipelines, watering facility, wildlife habitat, heavy use protection areas, grade stabilization structures, high tunnels, composting facilities, and many more.
